Returns Policy


All orders place before 2pm on Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm on a weekday will be dispatched the following day. Orders to the UK Mainland may take up to 3-5 working days.

NOTE: No orders are dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.


We offer a 28-day returns policy which means you can return your item for a full refund (or Exchange) within the 28-days of receipt. If you want to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange please contact us at with YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER.

Goods must be in same condition as sent.
Goods must be returned along with the original tags and packaging where applicable.
Goods must be accompanied with a covering letter or note.
Return postage must be covered by the customer.

On receipt of your goods, we will contact you to confirm your refund or exchange.

It is our policy that we do not exchange or refund, personalised items, special orders or food items.


You have the right to return a faulty item within the 28 days along with proof of purchase.
If manufacturing faults occurs with your product please contact us so we can assist you.
we will try our best to solve any problem you have as it is in our interest to keep all our customer satisfied.


If we have send you the incorrect item, we will be happy to make an exchange and pay for any postage cost incurred. Please use Royal mail recorded service for return of items so that all returns must be signed for once they arrive.

  • Goods must be returned within 7days of receipt.
  • Goods must be in same condition as received.
  • Goods must be returned with original packaging where possible.
